THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute garbage. It's so terrible, it makes me want to throw up. I've tried it a million instances, and it still doesn't work. The construction is shoddy, and the layout are awful. Honestly, I don't know how they could sell thisproduct without being mortified. I'm so disappointed that I wished I'd purchased something decent instead
